Panhellenic Sorority Primary Recruitment is scheduled for the following dates:
- Orientation: Wednesday, August 20th 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Sisterhood Round: Thursday, August 21st 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Philanthropy Night Round: Friday, August 22nd 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Preference Night Round: Saturday, August 23rd 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Bid Day: Sunday, August 24th 11:15 a.m. to (Determined by Chapter)
If you will be late or will need to leave early for any of the times listed above, we will provide you a form to fill out prior to the start of recruiment.
Before you choose to register, we want to provide you the following information:Panhellenic Sorority Primary Recruitment is the process to join one of the following 5 organizations: Alpha Phi, Alpha Sigma Tau, Alpha Xi Delta, Delta Phi Epsilon, and Kappa Kappa Gamma. Registration is open until Thursday, August 21, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. CST. The registration fee to participate in Panhellenic Sorority Primary Recruitment is $45.00. This fee covers your registration, your first Panhellenic gift, recruitment technology, and recruitment room/event expenses.
